About Us

Access

It is necessary that our crews must have clear access to your lawn and edging areas. Gates must be unlocked and paved areas must be clear for our crews to perform service. If you would like to make arrangements for combination locks our crews can open please contact us. Areas that are not accessible on the day of service will be skipped. Discounts or credits for inaccessible areas will not be given.

Lot Size

Pricing is based on the average lot size in your neighborhood. However, if there is a significant discrepancy in lot size, we will contact you to adjust your pricing accordingly.

Items In Your Lawn

Our ability to offer very low pricing is based on very efficient uninterrupted crews. It is necessary that you please remove toys, lawn furniture, bicycles and other items from your lawn the day before your scheduled service. In addition, sprinkler heads in the lawn area that do not retract completely into the ground, need to be marked or flagged in order for our crews to mow around them. Any of the above items damaged during service will not be viewed as King of the Greens responsibility. This will allow us to continue to offer you the lowest cost possible.

Lawn Condition

We assume that your lawn has been maintained within 2 weeks of starting your service and our pricing is based on this. We will be happy to perform the initial maintenance to bring your lawn up to standard but this takes significantly more time. When it is necessary to perform this additional service to correct your overgrown lawn you will be charged 3 times the schedule rate on your first service.

Clean up

Leaves and other tree debris is not a part of the standard service. We mulch while cutting and excessive tree debris will not leave your lawn looking professional. If your lawn is subjected to a large amount of leaves or other tree debris you may want to contact us for our Leaf Removal service.

Pets

We love pets, however, we are not responsible for pets escaping fenced yards or other enclosures or injury to your pets for any reason. It is best if your pet is removed from the lawn on the day of service. If your pet is in a fenced back yard and is aggressive, regardless of size, our crews will not service the area the pet is contained in. Discounts or credits will not be issued for failure to service the pet area. Please make sure all pet droppings are picked up at the time of service, if not addition $15 will be added to service charge.

Pools

It is necessary for our crew to perform maintenance on the lawn areas surrounding your pool for all swimmers to be out of the water and clear from our equipment. Pool areas will not be serviced while they are occupied. Discounts or credits will not be issued for failure to service pool areas. The total square footage of your lot includes pools. Pools require additional edging. Trimming and blowing. Please make sure the pool is covered so we will not get grass clopping in water. The maintenance for the lawn surrounding your pool is included in the lot size pricing.

Insurance

We are fully insured.

Liability

King of the Greens Landscaping & Outdoor Enhancements, LLC, shall not be liable for damages by reason of any delay in commencement or completion of work due to causes beyond its control and without its fault or negligence including, but not limited to, acts of God or the public enemy, acts of the government, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes, freight embargoes, unusually severe weather or delays of a subcontractor due to such causes. In addition, customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless King of the Green and any of its employees, agents and subcontractors from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees arising from any damage, loss, or injuries caused directly or indirectly to any and all property, persons or entities
